About the Role<\/strong><\/em>
\nWe are actively searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our esteemed team at Spearhead.\u00a0This is an advanced role leveraging senior-level experience and expertise, primarily focused on digital model creation, shop drawing development, fabrication strategy, and mentorship.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will assume an important role in\u00a0leading the digital aspect of each project by utilizing expert CAD skills and exceptional organizational abilities. They will be trusted to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities with minimal oversight from Sr. Project Managers (Sr. PM) and Project Managers (PM). Seamless project execution through Design Assist and Fabrication coordination is expected. This role necessitates strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and collaborative teamwork to efficiently execute tasks across various project phases and develop capability within project teams.<\/p>\n

This position presents a unique opportunity to actively contribute to world-class residential and commercial projects across North America.
