JOB OUTLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our kitchen cabinetry field sales representative is responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating with them and closing sales deals. Standard deliverables include meeting sales quota, positive customer relationship and increasing company revenue.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Selling & promoting products to both existing and potential clients, primarily in the home renovation industry<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Assisting with marketing strategies and expanding company to new markets<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Social engagements as company representative (industry events, trade shows)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Cold calling potential clients<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Coordinating sales efforts with other departments<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Building out sales estimates in conjunction with production & design team<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Point of contact between B2B clients and production team (relaying client feedback)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Perform site measurements to be relayed to design team<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 On-site follow up and review with client after installations are completed<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 3-5 years\u2019 experience in construction \/ renovation industry is preferred<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 a solid understanding of cabinet construction, assembly and installation processes<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Good interpersonal written and oral communication skills<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Strong negotiation skillset<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Ability to work independently while maintaining regular coordination with shop<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0Valid G Driver\u2019s License<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Fluent with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Email and CRM tools<\/p>\n

Salary ($35,000 to $65,000 year) commensurate with experience with potential for performance bonuses<\/p>\n
