We are looking for a CNC Operator who takes pride in precision, consistency, and doing things right the first time. This role is critical to our production flow and requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and comfort working within an ERP system.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Operate CNC machinery to produce door components to specification
\nRead and interpret job travellers, drawings, and work instructions
\nEnsure all parts meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
\nAccurately enter production data, quantities, and job updates into the ERP system
\nMonitor machine performance and report any issues or inconsistencies
\nMaintain a clean and organized work area
\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
Strong attention to detail \u2014 errors are caught before they move forward
\nComfortable working with ERP systems and data entry (experience with systems like Epicor is an asset)
\nAbility to follow structured processes and instructions without deviation
\nReliable, accountable, and consistent in daily output
\nExperience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred

Successful applicants will require experience completing quantity take-offs within the Millwork scope, reviewing architectural specifications, collaborating with customers and providing accurate and timely quotations. Millwork estimating experience is required.<\/p>\n<p>There is an active sales and customer-development component to this role, so a positive and outgoing communication style is a necessity. To succeed in this role, the individual will require an attention to detail, a customer-first service approach and a passion for construction. Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary and annual bonus, paid vacation time, health and benefit coverage and a fun and collaborative workplace.
