As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers.\u00a0 Your primary responsibility will be on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to our products.\u00a0 This position requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Inspect cabinets for defects, including fixing scratches, chips, and structural issues<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Perform repairs on site or bring back to shop if necessary<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Adjust hinges, drawers, and other hardware to ensure proper functionality<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain accurate records of service for office<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct thorough inspections of all cabinets and millwork to ensure everything is in working order<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and supplies used for repairs and adjustments<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with Site Manager and Service Coordinator to address customer feedback and improve process<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Follow safety protocols while performing repairs and installations<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure all work complies with company policies and industry standards<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Previous experience in a service technician role, preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools for repairs and installation tasks<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Detail oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of work<\/p>\n
