\nWe’re looking for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in manufacturing, CNC technology, and custom millwork. This role is an excellent opportunity to build technical skills while working alongside an experienced production team.<\/p>\n
Position Overview
\nThis hybrid role combines office-based CNC programming with hands-on production support. You’ll work with our engineering and manufacturing teams to help move projects from design through production, gaining experience in both programming and manufacturing operations.
\nWe’re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to continue learning. Experience with every aspect of the role isn’t expected, we value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to develop new skills.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nAssist with creating and optimizing CNC programs using Mozaik
\nPrepare and nest parts for production
\nRead and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
\nLearn to troubleshoot machining and programming issues
\nSupport CNC operations on the shop floor as required
\nCollaborate with production staff to improve manufacturing efficiency
\nMaintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nWe’re looking for someone who has:
\nRecently graduated, or is graduating soon, from a program in woodworking, manufacturing, CNC machining, engineering technology, architectural technology, industrial design, or a related field
\nAn interest in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, and custom millwork
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\nExcellent attention to detail
\nThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team
\nExperience in any of the following is considered an asset:
\nMozaik or similar CAD\/CAM software
\nCNC machining or manufacturing equipment
\nReading technical or shop drawings
\nG-code or CNC programming
\nWoodworking or cabinet manufacturing
\nIf you have experience in related software, manufacturing environments, or technical disciplines, even if they’re not listed above, we encourage you to apply.<\/p>\n
