Diamond CNC\u00a0is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team.<\/p>\n
This is not an entry-level assembly position. We’re looking for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in producing high-quality cabinetry and can confidently handle the custom work that automated equipment can’t.<\/p>\n
If you’re the person everyone comes to when something doesn’t fit, needs modifying, or requires a custom solution, we’d like to hear from you.<\/p>\n
ResponsibilitiesCustom Cabinet Construction<\/p>\n
Build and modify custom cabinetry to meet customer specifications.
\nFabricate non-standard cabinet components and custom parts.
\nAccurately interpret shop drawings and identify potential issues before assembly.
\nCabinet Assembly & Fitting<\/p>\n
Assemble custom cabinetry to a high standard.
\nInstall and adjust doors, drawer fronts, and cabinet components for precise fit and finish.
\nEnsure completed cabinets meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
\nHardware Installation<\/p>\n
Install premium European hardware, including concealed hinges, drawer systems, lift systems, pull-outs, and specialty accessories.
\nAccurately lay out and install custom hardware using supplied drawings and specifications.
\nCustom Fabrication<\/p>\n
Safely operate table saws, routers, and other woodworking equipment.
\nManufacture replacement parts, fillers, scribes, and custom components as required.
\nModify CNC-produced components when necessary.
\nQuality Control<\/p>\n
Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, finish, and workmanship.
\nCorrect deficiencies before products leave your workstation.
\nShop Support<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
\nAssist other departments with custom fabrication and technical problem solving when required.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
We’re looking for someone who has:<\/p>\n
Minimum\u00a05 years of cabinet-making experience.
\nExperience building frameless custom cabinetry.
\nStrong understanding of cabinet construction methods.
\nExperience installing premium European hardware (Blum, Hettich, Grass, Salice, or equivalent).
\nAbility to read and interpret shop drawings.
\nStrong measuring and layout skills.
\nExperience using table saws and other woodworking machinery safely and accurately.
\nHigh attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
\nHire pay scale would lean more into Shop Foreman duties, but lets start with production first<\/p>\n
Schedule<\/p>\n
Monday to Thursday
\n7:00 AM \u2013 5:30 PM<\/p>\n
