Superior Cabinets is looking for a Dealer Design Representative to play a key role in our Dealer Sales team. This is an in-person position within our Saskatoon Corporate office. You will bring design experience, customer service, and sales experience to help dealer partners grow their business.<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Design and Order Management<\/span><\/p>\n

Review designs and orders for accuracy, specifications, and improvement considerations.
\nAssist dealers with quotes, proposals, and order processing.
\nProvide support with software and processes.<\/p>\n

Dealer Customer Support<\/span><\/p>\n

Build relationships and maintain regular contact with dealer accounts.
\nProvide product training, service, and ongoing support.
\nRemain knowledgeable on company products and market trends.<\/p>\n

Business Development and Sales<\/span><\/p>\n

Participate in networking, training, and industry events.
\nCollaborate with leadership to report on sales, targets, and growth initiatives.
\nUtilize continuous improvement tools to identify process improvements.<\/p>\n

You have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

3+ Years of proven experience in kitchen design.
\nDetailed knowledge of the cabinet industry.
\nExperience with 2020, ProKitchens or similar software.
\nStrong communication and relationship building skills.
\nClass 5 driver\u2019s license with clean record.
\nProficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
\nProficient in Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.<\/p>\n
