You will spear head our daily service operations in a defined region to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention while supporting other sales team members.<\/p>\n

Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Actively engage in the generation of additional sales and service while performing daily sales and service routes within a designated territory
\nMaximize potential with existing customers by promoting Leitz new tools and service
\nJointly work with the technical service representative and regional sales manager to develop new business opportunities
\nPromote special programs and sales promotions to current and new customers
\nProvide excellent customer service
\nReport current competitive activities
\nMaintain a current and accurate database of daily, weekly, and monthly activities<\/p>\n

Role Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOTE: This position requires the lifting and moving of some heavy items<\/em><\/p>\n

Excellent customer-centric service skills with focus on customer retention
\nHighly motivated and target driven, preferably with a proven track records in sales
\nSelf-motivated and results oriented
\nKnowledge of woodworking\/cabinet industry tools would be an asset but not require as training will be provided.
\nAbility to learn and develop a solid understanding of company products, services and protocols
\nOutstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
\nResourceful, quick thinker, ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment<\/p>\n

Education & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Post Secondary Degree
\nPrevious sales experience would be a plus.
\nTechnical aptitude
\nValid drivers license and clean driving record
\nUnderstanding or geographical locations and able to use navigation apps<\/p>\n
