Custom Cabinetry Supervisor

In this role, reporting to the Shop Foreman, you’ll be at the heart of our custom cabinetry process, building premium pieces from start to finish. As a Custom Cabinetry Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our production team and provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on leadership to junior custom cabinetry makers who are eager to learn every aspect of the trade. You’ll help develop the next generation of talent while ensuring every project reflects the quality, precision, and pride that define our work.

Responsibilities
• Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
• Build and assemble custom cabinets, millwork, and components
• Safely operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Maintain accuracy with measurements and cuts
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications
• Minimum 10 to 15+ years of cabinetmaking or millwork experience
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Experience with woodworking equipment and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
