Executive Millwork is a custom high-quality cabinet manufacturer that is looking for a Finisher/Sprayer to join our team in a full time position.  This position is responsible for quality craftsmanship and the timely completion of all projects.  You should have a minimum of 3 years custom finishing experience.  Please email Stephanie@ExecutiveMillwork.com

·         Finish products of high quality in an efficient and timely manner

·         Understand and deliver to customer’s finishing expectations and deadlines

·         Sand, repair and ensure products are ready for the finishing process

·         Spray application of various clear and pigmented lacquers

·         Application of wipe stains and spray stains

·         Participate in the implementation of LEAN processes

·         Maintains control sample catalogue for finished product comparisons

·         Use of airless air assist pumps, cup guns and other specialized spray equipment

·         Must be detail oriented and have tremendous organizational skills

·         Maintains outstanding attendance

·         Commitment to meeting deadlines

·         Ability work under pressure and work independently

·         Performs all tasks with safety being the priority
