Ideal Woodwork is looking to add a cabinetmaker to our team. We focus on quality-driven projects, architectural millwork, and craftsmanship we’re proud to put our name on. We are willing to train the right individual.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and fabricate wood and wood products into architectural millwork.
• Use of saws, sanders, fastening devices, adhesives, wood working equipment.
• Interpret engineering and design drawings.
• Co-ordination of shipping of products with shipping department.
• Install – Cabinets, Countertops & Millwork
• Occasional lacquer finishing of products
• Train and work with other personnel in a team environment
• Maintain a safe working environment by cleaning and disposing of old material.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

Understanding of necessary mathematics
Knowledge of materials and processing
Applicable engineering and design skills
Attention to detail

Preferred:

1st, 2nd, or 3rd year apprentice or:
Two or more years of cabinetmaking experience

Drivers license is a must!
