Terlin’s Millwork Division has established a reputation for excellence with General Contractors and direct clients both locally, nationally, and internationally.
The Millwork shop produces custom construction quality interior and exterior finishes, cabinetry, and other decorative components. They use a variety of modern and traditional materials, including wood, synthetics, plastics, and composites to create items such as:
Custom commercial cabinetry including office interiors and medical / dental cabinetry
Architectural Millwork
Entrance and window features
Built-in elements
Wall features
Custom office interiors, hotel, reception, and boardroom furnishings

The Opportunity
Terlin is currently seeking a full-time, experienced, and dynamic Senior Cabinet Maker to join their growing team. The environment is fast-paced and growth-oriented – ideally suited for individuals who like to take charge and are driven to build on current successes.
Responsibilities
Working from plans and architectural drawings, the Cabinet Maker is responsible to build projects on time and to the highest quality standards in the industry.
Specifically, the Cabinet Maker will be responsible for:
Reviewing plans and ensuring a thorough understanding of the project’s scope;
Planning and executing the work to fit the timelines required by the customer;
Identifying problems or barriers to finishing the project on time and suggesting solutions;
Leading the build on the project while assisted by one or two apprentice or junior cabinet makers;
Lead, mentor, coach, and train junior employees in the craft of cabinet-making;
Ensure safety standards are met and reinforced at all times in all areas of the shop and notify supervisor of problems or concerns;
Work within the larger team to create a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. (Some overtime may be required to meet project completion deadlines.)
Tools will be supplied by the company.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of cabinet making experience.
