CNC Operator (Detail-Oriented / ERP Focused)

We are looking for a CNC Operator who takes pride in precision, consistency, and doing things right the first time. This role is critical to our production flow and requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and comfort working within an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery to produce door components to specification
Read and interpret job travellers, drawings, and work instructions
Ensure all parts meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
Accurately enter production data, quantities, and job updates into the ERP system
Monitor machine performance and report any issues or inconsistencies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail — errors are caught before they move forward
Comfortable working with ERP systems and data entry (experience with systems like Epicor is an asset)
Ability to follow structured processes and instructions without deviation
Reliable, accountable, and consistent in daily output
Experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred
