Job Responsibilities:
Purchasing
Place orders for parts through parent company
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and receives incoming shipments as they arrive
Shipping
Receive in weekly shipments of industrial parts from parent company for customer orders and stock inventory
Assist warehouse manager with freight shipping and normal domestic shipments
Sort and place incoming stock parts in bins according to organizational standards
Parts Sales
Generate quotes and process customer orders via phone, email and fax when primary salesman is out of office
Use physical and electronic copies of parts manuals to assist customers and service technicians in locating part numbers
Requirements
Must be able to read schematics
Must have at least 2 years in inventory management or a certification/degree in inventory management
Autocad experience is a plus (or equivalent)
Speaking French is a plus
