Job Type: Full-Time (Approximately 40 hours/week)

For over 120 years, Paris Kitchens has been designing and manufacturing premium custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. We combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced manufacturing technology to produce high-quality, custom projects across Ontario.
We’re looking for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in manufacturing, CNC technology, and custom millwork. This role is an excellent opportunity to build technical skills while working alongside an experienced production team.

Position Overview
This hybrid role combines office-based CNC programming with hands-on production support. You’ll work with our engineering and manufacturing teams to help move projects from design through production, gaining experience in both programming and manufacturing operations.
We’re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to continue learning. Experience with every aspect of the role isn’t expected, we value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to develop new skills.

Responsibilities
Assist with creating and optimizing CNC programs using Mozaik
Prepare and nest parts for production
Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
Learn to troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Support CNC operations on the shop floor as required
Collaborate with production staff to improve manufacturing efficiency
Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
Recently graduated, or is graduating soon, from a program in woodworking, manufacturing, CNC machining, engineering technology, architectural technology, industrial design, or a related field
An interest in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, and custom millwork
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:
Mozaik or similar CAD/CAM software
CNC machining or manufacturing equipment
Reading technical or shop drawings
G-code or CNC programming
Woodworking or cabinet manufacturing
