Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative will engage with our dealer customers and provide Best in Class Customer Service. This is a full-time, permanent position, potential to work remotely. Key objectives in the role are to:

Input and review new orders, service orders and marketing orders.
Build rapport and work closely with dealers to ensure accuracy of orders.
Effectively troubleshoot, analyze issues, and take the appropriate actions to resolve any problems.
Provide product support to dealer customers over the phone and via e-mail.
Provide 2020 design and catalogue support.
Take initiative and find creative approaches to make each customer’s experience feel personal.
Promptly answer phone calls and emails.

You have:

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new programs and systems.
Experience with 2020 Kitchen Design and InSight would be an asset.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
Strong organizational abilities.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge and experience within the construction/building/cabinet industry will be considered an asset.
