Shop Foreperson needed for a busy and growing architectural woodwork shop near the Vancouver / Burnaby border. We have interesting and challenging commercial work (lots of curves) being fabricated by a diverse and talented team and are proud and active members of the AWMAC BC Chapter.

Your role is to plan/schedule, coach, mentor, troubleshoot and improve production to maximize throughput, grow our team to be the best of the best, and build leaders from within.

We’re looking for a top performer with a track record of crushing challenges, getting the work out on time, and glowing references. We feel that a salary usually leaves the employee with the short end of the stick, so we pay hourly, plus time and a half overtime for longer days, or longer weeks. It is expected that this position will be a 45-50 hour a week role. Compensation from $35 – $50/hr with the possibility of compensation for relocation if you don’t live within a comfortable commuting distance of our shop.
