Here at Wellington Millwork, we are looking for a Cabinet Installer / Cabinet Maker to join our team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for someone with experience accustomed to working with precision and care. Cabinet installers will travel to job sites with teams to install custom millwork. We need someone who pays attention to details, can problem solve and learn quickly.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Deliver cabinets
Asses and plan for installation
Install cabinetry
Drive to jobsite
Troubleshoot and problem solve issues for successful installation
Scribe fillers, crown and baseboard to floors, walls and ceiling
Communicate with trades, site manager and clients
Relay feedback regarding issues to the shop manager
Quality control finished product
Keep van and job site organized
Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers
CORE COMPETENCIES:

Team Player Attitude
2-3 years of experience in Cabinet install
Experience in home building is an asset
Values safety first
Precise cutting
Precise measuring
Detail oriented
Troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to work with hand tools
Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs.
