West Bros Furniture, a leading Canadian manufacturer of high-quality solid wood furniture, is seeking an experienced Finishing Sprayer to join our skilled finishing team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying professional wood finishes including stains, toners, glazes, and lacquer to solid wood and veneer components. This position requires an eye for colour consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing premium-quality furniture that meets West Bros’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Apply wood finishes using spray equipment in a controlled environment
Mix, tone, and adjust colours to match finish standards or samples
Apply sealers, glazes, toners, and topcoats (lacquer)
Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
Maintain spray equipment, booths, and finishing area in clean working condition
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in wood furniture finishing and spraying
Strong understanding of wood finishing materials and techniques
Colour matching and blending skills an asset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship
