Primary responsibilities:

Install trim, moldings, custom millwork, and hardware according to plans.
Ensure high craftsmanship standards and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain high standard of craftmanship (quality control) which meets both company and industry standards.
Work closely with site foreman to ensure project specifications are met, and to resolve any design or structural issues that may arise.
Follow safety protocols for a secure work environment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in finishing carpentry or similar role and working in residential construction.
Proficient in using carpentry tools and understanding different materials.
Ability to read blueprints and plans.
Physical capability to handle the demands of carpentry work.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines and project expectations.
Prioritize tasks and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Own a vehicle and a set of personal tools required for the job.
Bilingual is an asset (English and French).

Full Time hours, Monday to Friday schedule.  Salary range $23.00 – $25.00 an hour based on experience.
