JOB OUTLINE
Our kitchen cabinetry field sales representative is responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating with them and closing sales deals. Standard deliverables include meeting sales quota, positive customer relationship and increasing company revenue.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Selling & promoting products to both existing and potential clients, primarily in the home renovation industry
– Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients
– Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
– Assisting with marketing strategies and expanding company to new markets
– Social engagements as company representative (industry events, trade shows)
– Cold calling potential clients
– Coordinating sales efforts with other departments
– Building out sales estimates in conjunction with production & design team
– Point of contact between B2B clients and production team (relaying client feedback)
– Perform site measurements to be relayed to design team
– On-site follow up and review with client after installations are completed
REQUIREMENTS
– 3-5 years’ experience in construction / renovation industry is preferred
– a solid understanding of cabinet construction, assembly and installation processes
– Good interpersonal written and oral communication skills
– Strong negotiation skillset
– Ability to work independently while maintaining regular coordination with shop
– Valid G Driver’s License
– Fluent with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Email and CRM tools

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Salary ($35,000 to $65,000 year) commensurate with experience with potential for performance bonuses
